Compatibility: Fungicides & Insecticides

Independent research studies performed in 1990 demonstrated that Response is capable of interacting with chemical fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides. This interaction was shown to increase the effectiveness of these chemicals. Further testing based on reported observations when Response was used with fungicides demonstrated the following:

Control of Gray Mold on Pepper Plants

Recommended Rate: 2 lb./50 gal. or 4,050 ppm a.i.
With Response: 98% control at 128 ppm a.i.

Control of Gray Mold on pepper plants sprayed with RIDOMIL/BRAVO plus Response and RIDOMIL/BRAVO alone. Control plants were sprayed with water only.

The table below shows the percent control of Gray Mold on pepper plants (Botrytis Cinerea) treated with a protectant application of fungicides applied alone or in combination with Response. Data are means of four replicate plants. Control plants had 40% infected tissue.
